Kind of excited. I’m tired of always eating the same things and I’m kind of in a food rut, so I ordered the Everyday Paleo book so I could get some recipes. I’m eating paleo-ish now, except I have a little cream in my coffee and have the occasional piece of cheese say every other week. (Love cheese and I’m not sorry.) I’ve given up wheat, and I have to say, it really has helped with the sugar cravings. Once in a while I blindly slip up, like when I found myself eating a flour tortilla. Oops.
Anyway, looks like I’ll have the book waiting for me when I get home. Yippee!
