This is what I say.  Its only a number. Doesn’t define who you are. But if I forget how old I am, I usually give it as one year younger.  Really.  :)

You could be 25 and feel 85 in those things.  Seriously, I hope you have thrown those awful things away. :)

I tell her not to call me old, but she doesn’t seem to get it, so I’ll try your approach next time. :)
