Ripped Fuel: Earning your body vs punishing your body
Wednesday is my day away from tumblr, but I wanted to put this little gem back out there for anyone that missed it last year - it’s a great post. And one that I think of after stupid moves like last week’s plan Stalk WIL - which was stupidity on my part as I have a balanced schedule planned. WIL every day on top of that was absurdity.
I need to revisit this concept. And I just think this is a really great post - I hope all of you take two minutes to read it.
There;s something I have learned in my journey. Something that some people never learn for themselves. That is - there is a huge difference between training and earning your fitness (and in turn your body) and punishing your body for what it isnt.
