Calorie Question

I’m using the Lose It App to keep track of my calories.  I ran last night and according to Lose It I burned 714 calories.  (I went to Run the Planet and entered the actual MPH—because Lose It goes from 5.2 to 6.0 mph—and it said 760.)  My calorie budget is 1632 to lose 1 pound a week.  I ate 1760 calories, burned around 700+, for a net caloric intake of 1048.

I am soooo hungry today.  So hungry! Yes, I did just eat lunch.  Does that mean I should have eaten 584 more calories last night?

Whatcha all think?
