Ohmigawd! So hard! So hard! About the 6th time I was going around I thought “what the hell have I gotten myself into?!” And then I noticed my intervals were getting slower and slower, so I asked JEREMY what it means if they get slower and slower and he said “you started out too fast.” I kind of guessed that. So we talked about where I started out, where I was then, and he gave me some guidance as to what I should shoot for and where I should be at the half way mark. This will help me a lot. Give me something to shoot for and build off of. I told him I’ve spent the last 2 years trying to find a steady even pace and I have no idea how to run fast. I mean, seriously, I don’t.
I know this is going to make me better, faster, stronger, but damn, these track workouts are turning into big suck fests.
