Not a very exciting day. Strength training at lunch, a wave from the cute courier, and consumption of too much chocolate (the candy basket is going to have to be off limits again), and then a run after work. Just wanted to take it easy and do an easy run. Unlike what some people think (coughrunlojoruncough) it was a nice evening, sunny but not too hot. I felt really good and paid attention to my cadence. Breathing was easy. It was just a really good run. 3.25 miles in 36.26. 11:12 min/mile.
If I know what’s good for me, I’ll get out the door in the morning and do the track workout he sent us. Of course, if I knew what was good for me, I wouldn’t have eaten that chocolate this afternoon.
(Geez, I’m boring. I seriously need to get a life.)
